The staff was friendly, But I did suffer a slip and fall on a wet floor, I did not know the floor was wet there was not a wet floor sign up to let the guess know that the floor was wet and the previous owner said that they wasn't resonposable but how can that be isn't it their responsibility to keep everything clean and safe for their guests. I suffer a bump on the head and a black eye for 3 weeks which I took pictures of my eye, and also I broke my right arm which the doctor put a cast on it for 2 weeks and now I have a brace for 3 weeks then I go back to the doctor to see if it's healing. I now have the inexpensive of doctors bills and I need help I need to keep my room until May 17th when I get my social security check but I need help now in being able to stay in my room. I don't want to have to sue for my slip and fall but they need to make things right cause if they had a wet floor sign up maybe I wouldn't had fell. They just need to make things right?

From the moment I walked through the doors of thew super 8 I have been nothing but taken care of The owner and front desk agent-are very friendly and they take care of their guests. Room was awesome. spacious, clean and serene. If you are traveling and need a spot to rest chill or vibe. This Super 8 is where you should be.

Location is perfect to everything I need from grocery store to work, even to the Mall of Abilene. All my doctor locations are within 20-25 minutes if that! The price is ok, cheaper than others, but they should have earned some sort of discount by now! None of my points are showing on my account (some September 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️) . AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Jonathan, Patsy, Kay & Ragg, even the housekeeping team - Ashley & Skeet! You're the best!

Staff: Jonathan, Desiree, Ashley, Kay, Skeet all are terrific people and are very kind. There aren't a lot of kind people left in our world and it's very nice to interact with those that are!! Can't forget Raj, also very kind. Everyone is always extremely helpful, no matter the issue. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for having those liquid flavored coffee creamers!! That makes a big difference in how my morning begins!!

Jonathan is the sweetest employee and most helpful and courteous man that I've ever known. He's always there with whatever I need! I wish you had 10 more like him, but since you only have one please keep him around and think about giving him a raise! Thank you for having Patricia as well she and Skeet and Kay are always helpful also! I can't forget about Raj!! It's his hotel after all! He's a great guy.
